Legal Obligation

a. By choosing the partial payment option and gaining access to the Academy, members enter into a legally binding agreement to fulfill their payment obligations for the entire program.

b. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in legal action to recover outstanding dues, in addition to termination of access to the program.

Future Payments

a. Members are obligated to make future payments once they enter the learning environment.
